As part of the development of our P&C Products & Underwriting Division, we are looking for a Product & Portfolio Manager P&C, between 80 and 100%, to join our Product Management department responsible for the development of insurance products in the fields of property insurance, liability, and motor vehicles.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Actively collaborate in implementing the pricing strategy and developing new rates for P&C business (property insurance, liability, and motor vehicles)
- Ensure monitoring of key performance indicators for the P&C insurance portfolio and develop reporting tools
- Support division management with in-depth analyses on growth potential and profitability improvement
- Conduct market monitoring
- Design and implement insurance solutions in the P&C branches
- Participate in insurance product development and digital transformation projects
Your profile:
- University degree (or equivalent) in economics, actuarial science, or engineering
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the field of property insurance, liability, and motor vehicles
- Comfort with numbers, excellent mastery of Excel, and good knowledge of database management
- Excellent analytical, design, and understanding skills of technical and strategic issues
- Very good command of French or German, with good knowledge of the other language (min. level B2); English is an asset
