You will strengthen our Corporate Functions team (Finance, HR, Legal & Compliance) and ensure that our books are accurate – from accounts payable/receivable to monthly closings and meaningful reports for management and the board. Your mission with us:
- You independently manage the financial accounting for the assigned companies according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and PGR.
- You prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and ensure high data quality.
- You take responsibility for individual financial statements according to Swiss, Austrian, and Liechtenstein law and actively participate in consolidation.
- You are responsible for accounts receivable and ensure smooth processes in payment transactions.
- You reliably perform bank, cash, and interface reconciliations.
- You manage simple fixed asset accounting and carefully maintain the fixed asset register.
- You prepare VAT reconciliations and tax returns.
- You create meaningful analyses and reports for management and the board of directors.
- You identify and implement improvements in processes and systems, especially in the areas of digitization, automation, and internal control systems (ICS).
- You act as a competent contact person for the audit firm.
Your qualities that inspire us:
- You have a commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting (e.g., completed accounting clerk, FA finance and accounting, or a comparable qualification).
- You bring several years of experience in financial accounting – ideally in an SME environment or in managing multiple companies.
- You are confident in dealing with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and/or PGR and have routine in financial statements, VAT accounting, and tax returns.
- You are proficient in Excel and Microsoft 365 - experience with abacus is an advantage.
- You work structured, open, and reliably and convince with a pronounced hands-on mentality.
- You have very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage.
