The Marketing & Customer Insights team at Roche Diagnostics is looking for a Management Partner / Executive Assistant to support two critical leaders: the Global Head of Congresses & Events and the Global Head of Solutions Marketing & Commercial Academy.</p><p>In this pivotal role, you’ll be a key enabler at the heart of our Marketing division. You will work side-by-side with two leaders and their teams, helping to shape global marketing plans, manage high-profile congresses & events, and develop critical commercial training programs. They are highly skilled with Google Suite applications (Gmail, G-Drive, G-Calendar, etc.) and actively utilize AI tools to automate routine tasks. They are fast learners with a „can-do“ attitude, eager to experiment with new ways of working and thrive in a global network. The successful candidate is a natural team player who can maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships across the organization, as well as a proactive, adaptable, and highly organized professional. Fluent C1+ level verbal and written English communication skills are also required.</p><p><strong>Tasks & Responsibilities:</strong><br/>* Executive Support & Coordination: Serve as the trusted point of contact for two global leaders, managing complex calendars, expense reporting and arranging domestic & international travel. <br/>* Operational Excellence: Serve as the „go-to“; operational expert for the team, handling budget management, expense tracking, and ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly. <br/>* Project Management & Ownership: Lead and follow up on key projects, ensuring team goals and deliverables are met on time.
