As part of strengthening our service, we are looking for a Specialist Physician in Hand Surgery.
Job Description
- Ensure diagnostic and therapeutic management of hand and upper limb pathologies, including trauma, degenerative diseases, and nerve injuries
- Perform complex orthopedic and reconstructive hand surgeries, including microsurgery, nerve and tendon transfers
- Work closely with orthopedics, radiology, rheumatology, and physiotherapy departments to ensure an optimal interdisciplinary approach
- Participate in teaching activities, continuing education, and supervision of assistant and resident physicians
- Contribute to the scientific development of the department through clinical research and publication of specialized articles
Qualifications
- Federal medical diploma or equivalent recognized by Mebeko
- FMH specialization in hand surgery or equivalent training in orthopedic/traumatological surgery with proven expertise in hand surgery
- Confirmed clinical experience in microsurgical and reconstructive techniques
- Demonstrated ability to work in a network and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ability to integrate technological and surgical innovations to improve patient care
