About the job
Deputy Head of Department Business and Digital (from March 2026) 10 - 100%From March 2026, we are looking for several committed and proactive teachers for deputy positions in the Business and Digital department. The assignments take place within the framework of maternity and paternity absences. You will accompany and support our apprentices in vocational education as well as in the vocational baccalaureate.
The deputy positions can be divided among several people.
Workload
March: 3 weekly lessons
May: 4 to 24 weekly lessons
June: 4 to 9 weekly lessons
Please indicate in your application letter in which period you are available and what capacity (number of weekly lessons) you can take on in the respective months. This way we can optimally plan the deputy positions.
Your tasks
- You impart knowledge in the subject of Business and/or the corresponding area of action competence (apprenticeship commercial clerk EFZ) and accompany our apprentices on their path in vocational education with and without vocational baccalaureate 1.
- In our modern learning environment, you develop and implement creative and future-oriented training concepts.
- You promote the social development of our apprentices and support them in their professional and personal development.
- With your enthusiasm for the subject, you inspire the learners and motivate them to reach their full potential.
Your profile
- You have completed a degree in Business (major) and the corresponding teaching diploma or are still in training to become a teacher.
- You enjoy inspiring young people and motivating them with new ideas.
- You are creative and enjoy developing and applying innovative teaching methods and have a high technological affinity to effectively integrate modern tools and digital media into teaching.
- Your social skills help you promote the personal development of the learners and accompany them individually.
- Initiative, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility characterize you.
