What Awaits You

Mobiliar offers its agricultural clients insurance to protect against crop losses due to weather-related events. As a specialist, you are jointly responsible for the further development of claims handling for the weather insurance product in arable farming.

What You Will Achieve With Us

In your role, you independently handle complex claims cases, which includes both damage assessment in the field and administrative processes. As part of the weather insurance team, you contribute to the further development of damage assessment methods in the area of arable crops.

Your duties also include expanding, training, and providing professional support to the militia claims organisation.

As a link between the claims organisation and product management, you significantly contribute to the further development of the product and claims processes.

What You Bring With You

• Completed studies in agronomy or an equivalent qualification
• Comprehensive crop production expertise with field experience
• Good knowledge of Swiss agriculture with an in-depth understanding of practical arable farming
• A personality with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong negotiation skills
• Native German or French speaker with good oral skills in the other language
