Your tasks
- Care and support of patients in the geriatric psychiatric setting within the framework of a family-centered approach
- Design of the care process in core team work with the patient, relatives, as well as internal and external specialists
- Coordination, management, and evaluation of milieu- and care-therapeutic groups
- Action in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations
- Learning support for trainees and students in nursing professions
Your qualifications
- Professional experience in psychiatry, somatics, and/or in the geriatric field
- High social and personal competence as well as a structured way of working
- Willingness to support change processes, to embrace new things, and to actively shape changes
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
