VDC/BIM Manager with expertise in implementing digital processes (m/f/d) 80 - 100%

As a BIM Manager, you actively shape the further development and implementation of our BIM and VDC strategies. You work at the interface between technology, design, and project practice – with one goal: to use BIM in a way that promotes quality, collaboration, and creativity. As a BIM Manager, you are part of our company-wide VDC pool and support our architects, specialist planners, and project managers at the Basel location in efficiently, structurally, and creatively implementing BIM in daily practice.

• Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience with the open BIM method, BIM implementation, and coordination in planning or construction, ideally in a leadership role.
• Solid knowledge of Revit, working in the cloud, coordination and verification software, interface connections and data, BIM-specific standards (IFC, BCF, LOIN, etc.).
• Strategic thinking, technical understanding, and a high level of communication and leadership skills.
• Enjoyment in structuring processes, sharing knowledge, and empowering teams.
• Interest in implementing successful digital developments in the construction industry.
