What you will accomplish

• Read plans precisely and guide the implementation of work for a flawless result.
• Manage a small team of painters, combining rigor, leadership, and a touch of humor to maintain a dynamic and motivating atmosphere.
• Apply all types of wallpaper, ensuring neat finishes and details.
• Apply all kinds of paints (brush, roller, airless) for perfect and uniform coverage.
• Create creative wall decorations, bringing your artistic know-how and technical expertise, while ensuring safety and health on site, respecting standards.

What you need to shine

• Apprenticeship certificate (CFC) as painter or plasterer painter, with solid field experience.
• Skills in decorative work, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for perfect finishes.
• Experience in team management, able to coordinate and motivate a small team to achieve quality objectives.
• Good knowledge of safety standards and ability to manage the site professionally and safely.
• An artistic sense to create wall decorations that leave a lasting impression.
