About the job
Your responsibilities
- Ensure the daily production of pastries, desserts, and entremets for a high-volume corporate restaurant serving over 1000 guests
- Prepare and plate desserts for services, buffets, and special events.
- Participate in the creation and renewal of the sweet offerings according to the seasons and guests' expectations.
- Manage orders, receipt, and storage of pastry products.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP) and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Work continuous hours, Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Your profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a pastry chef or equivalent training in pastry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in collective catering or high-volume production.
- Excellent mastery of pastry techniques and a developed sense of dessert presentation.
- Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
- Organized, autonomous, dynamic person who enjoys teamwork in a demanding environment.
