For this responsible leadership role, we are looking for a personality who leads with a hands-on approach, supports their team in daily operations, and together ensures a stable, secure, and service-oriented workplace. We look forward to a leader who takes responsibility and actively helps shape the city’s digital workplace.Your tasks
- Personnel and organizational leadership of the Workplace Engineering team
- Hands-on work in the operational environment and active support of the team
- Resource and deployment planning
- Responsible for client operation and user management (IAM)
- Participation in IT projects
Your profile
- Completed basic training in the IT field as well as further IT education (federal diploma, HF or FH) is an advantage
- Leadership mentality with a hands-on approach as well as enjoyment in collaboration and co-creation in the operational environment
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies as well as knowledge in the open-source environment is desirable
- Experience in software distribution, patch management, and dealing with security topics
- Enjoyment of customer- and service-oriented work
