Your Tasks
- You relieve the nursing directorate organizationally and administratively (appointment management, correspondence, minute taking).
- You actively participate in nursing strategic projects
- You support duty scheduling, absence management, and onboarding of new employees.
- You prepare key figures and statistics (e.g., nursing staff minimums) ready for decision-making.
- You act as a competent contact person for internal and external stakeholders.
Your Profile
- A completed training as a healthcare management clerk (m/f/d), a completed degree with a focus on healthcare, or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in an administrative role or clinical management is an advantage.
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) as well as ideally knowledge of hospital information systems (HIS).
- You are a communication talent, work discreetly, independently, and keep an overview even in stressful situations.
- You are eager to actively shape change processes in nursing.
