Your tasks
- You support the ICT team in first and second-level support via phone, ticketing system, or on-site
- You assist employees with hardware and software problems, including training
- You install, configure, and maintain ICT equipment (software and hardware) at workplaces throughout Switzerland (willingness to travel)
- You manage lifecycle management
- You document processes and workflows and define quality standards
- You help ensure data integrity and quality, verification, and cleansing of data sets
- You participate in internal application and ICT projects
Your profile
- You have completed training or further education in the ICT field, preferably as an EFZ computer scientist or ICT specialist
- Preferably, you have professional experience in the area of responsibility
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments such as Entra, SharePoint, Defender, Intune, or Teams
- Active Directory, DNS, GPO, etc. are not foreign words to you
- You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner
- You are a friendly, patient, and service-oriented person and respond to the needs of our employees
- You have good German skills; oral and written French skills are an advantage
