The Betagten- und Pflegeheim Niesenblick AG operates a family-oriented retirement and nursing home in Thun-Allmendingen, providing a cozy home for 13 residents in a rural single-family house neighborhood. We place our residents and their individuality and biography at the center of our professional care and support.

As a complement to our team, we are looking for immediate or agreed upon

Care Assistant, Caregiver SRK or AGS 40%-60%

Your tasks

• In daily life, you will take over basic care and support according to the individual needs of the residents
• You actively support the professionals in implementing the care process
• With your calm and friendly manner, you contribute to ensuring that the residents feel safe and secure with us
• You carry out household tasks independently
• You independently maintain the electronic care documentation

Your profile

• Completed course as a Caregiver SRK or Care Assistant
• Joy and experience in dealing with elderly people
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• High sense of responsibility, independence, flexibility, and absolute reliability
• Friendly and appreciative demeanor as well as physical and mental resilience
