Job description
Purpose and mission of the position
Ensure the management of human resources of the Institution in collaboration with the management and the heads of the various departments.
This, in compliance with the CCT, as well as the regulations in force, including notably the "LTr" Law, the "OLT" Ordinances 1 to 5, the "LAA" Law, the "OPA" Ordinance, the "CFST" Directive, the Participation Law, the "LPGA" Law and the "LAMAL" Law.
Ensure the recruitment and departure of employees in collaboration with the management and the heads of the various departments.
Handle all administrative and financial operations related to the remuneration of all employees.

Main activities
Ensure the administrative management of HR
Control the scheduling of the care, hospitality, and animation departments so that the data is accurate, consistent, fair, and promptly communicated to employees, respecting legal provisions and the Collective Labor Agreement
Establish the scheduling of the administration department, in the same line as the conditions listed in point 2 of this chapter
Carry out salary calculations and payments using, in particular, the elements recorded in the daily log (night hour allowances, etc.)
Ensure the recruitment of new employees and the termination of employment contracts respecting deadlines, legal provisions, and the Collective Labor Agreement
Organize the proper conduct of staff evaluations by department managers and ensure compliance with deadlines
Organize and monitor skills management and training in connection with management and department managers
Establish and keep up to date various dashboards, notably those related to the staffing of the Institution
Organize the provision of temporary staff in case of absences due to illness and accidents, depending on the requests of department managers
Establish internal control related to tasks and within deadlines for management
Collaborate in the operation and monitoring of the quality system, as well as its promotion among employees
Actively collaborate in the preparation of Foundation Council meetings and presentation of HR follow-up in particular
Key skills

Continuously adapt to the present and future needs of Residents and ensure that the Resident feels at home
Knowledge of age-related pathologies
Knowledge of the various professions specific to a nursing home

Federal diploma as a human resources specialist or other equivalent training
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR
Proven accounting knowledge
