Steffisburg is a diverse school with fifteen kindergartens, eight small primary school buildings, and two secondary school centers. The Bernstrasse neighborhood school is located in the south of the municipality, on the border with Thun and Heimberg. Five classes from kindergarten to 6th grade are taught here. Tasks
You will teach as a class teacher 18-23 lessons in a 6th grade class in a friendly, family-like, and well-equipped school building. An experienced and pragmatic part-time teacher teaches French, English, Art, Music, and 4 - 6 additional lessons by arrangement in the same class. The technical crafts are taught by the teacher of the parallel class.
Requirements
Teaching qualification for primary level or adequate experience in didactics and pedagogy
You are a sensitive, creative teacher with a positive attitude who teaches with enthusiasm and curiosity. You enjoy designing small, internal school projects and like to share your own ideas. You maintain open communication with everyone in the school environment and possess a healthy dose of composure and humor to support and accompany children.
