This is what you do with us:
- You care for and support outpatient customers with acute and chronic wounds – friendly and professional.
- You take over the professional responsibility for internal wound management.
- You plan, control, and monitor the nursing process regarding wounds.
- You coach and support the treatment team in holistic wound management.
What you bring with you:
- You have completed vocational training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH.
- You also bring training as a certified wound expert SAfW or certified wound manager.
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in wound management.
- You work independently, are flexible, and have high professional and social competence.
- You are quality- and responsibility-conscious.
- You have knowledge of common MS Office applications, Nexus is an advantage.
- You have a category B driving license.
