Head of Development & Product Management

Your tasks

As the head of the Development and Product Management department, you ensure that the following central tasks are fulfilled with the highest quality and quantity standards:

Management of Product Management and Research and Development
Development and introduction of new products and evaluation systems for use in construction:- Analysis of market needs and idea generation- Product concept including feasibility analysis- Conception and development (load model, tests, application tests, etc.)- Industrialization- Product introduction (preparation of internal processing processes, marketing, training)
Management of cross-departmental projects
Support of the sales team in engineering consulting and project processing
Quality management and certifications

Your competencies

Civil Engineer ETH / TU with profound knowledge in structural engineering (PhD candidates are welcome)
At least 5 years of professional experience
Further education in business sciences or similar is an advantage but not mandatory
Very good knowledge of industry-standard software for structural engineering
German spoken and written
As an open personality, you are solution- and performance-oriented, eager to contribute, and a team player
