Product Genius BMWYour tasks:

• First contact person for new customers in the showroom – you provide a 5-star service
• Host role and brand ambassador for BMW and Binelli
• Proactive approach to customers in the exhibition area
• Presentation of product innovations and technical highlights of the brand
• Organization and accompaniment of test drives
• Close cooperation with the sales team for optimal customer care
• Etc.

Our desired profile:

• Completed training in the commercial sector, as a retail specialist or retail assistant in the automotive sector
• Training in the service sector with industry experience or technical training e.g. automotive mechatronics technician, bodywork mechanic with commercial further training
• First professional experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
• Enthusiasm for the automotive world and the BMW brand
• Enjoyment of customer contact both in person and by phone
• Strong service orientation and high social competence
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Organizational talent, team spirit and flexibility
• Driver's license category B
