We are looking for a committed individual for our location in Spreitenbach who understands our customers and develops suitable solutions together with them.

Your main tasks include:

In this versatile role, you support our sales teams in the German-speaking part of Switzerland with complex projects and act as a technical contact person for our customers. Other tasks include:

Conducting customer presentations and training on hardware, software, and workflows
Technical support for our customers – by phone, online, or on-site
Close collaboration with the sales team on strategy implementation, configurations, and offers
Support with tenders as well as validation of technical solutions
Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships through regular visits independently
Active role in training the sales team on new products
Independent sale of (follow-up) training sessions as needed
Technical responsibility for our showroom in Spreitenbach
Ongoing documentation of all customer contacts in the CRM system
Interface function between sales and technical departments for customer concerns
Continuous further training in relevant systems and tools (e.g., EFI, Mplus)

Your profile:

Completed training in the graphic industry
Several years of experience as a digital print operator or machine operator in offset printing
Very good knowledge of the printing process and print data processing
Analytical thinking and structured working method
Knowledge in the area of color management
Solid IT skills: confident handling of MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
Good knowledge of controllers or RIP systems (e.g., Fiery) as well as PDF analysis
Willingness to make regular customer visits in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Positive attitude and strong social skills
German as mother tongue, English and French are an advantage
Driver's license category B
