Operations Manager: Maintenance Cleaning (m/f/d) 100%
To strengthen our team in the city of Basel, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a
YOUR TASKS
- You proactively take care of our customers and maintain regular contact to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- You take responsibility for the care and leadership of employees as well as the recruitment of new staff and their smooth onboarding.
- You regularly conduct quality controls and initiate optimization measures on customer sites if necessary.
- You establish efficient cleaning processes and monitor their correct implementation. You are also responsible for compliance with instructions regarding occupational safety and health protection.
- Time control and recording as well as the creation of deployment and vacation planning for your team are also part of your responsibilities.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed training as a certified building cleaning specialist, facility maintenance specialist, logistics specialist, or in the commercial field with a strong interest in cleaning.
- Business and entrepreneurial thinking and acting characterize your working style.
- Your negotiation and sales skills convince customers and business partners. A high quality awareness is a matter of course for you.
- You have good MS Office skills, an affinity for IT, and your German language skills correspond at least to level B2.
- You work independently and reliably and possess a category B driving license.
