- Taking direct leadership responsibility for a defined number of employees
- Ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-oriented operation of the ward, in cooperation with the overall head of nursing for the women's clinic, orthopedics
- Monitoring the economical use of resources
- Assuming the tasks of the overall head during their absence
- Occasional creation of the duty roster in the personnel deployment system (PEP)
- Professional and individual patient care as a reference person
- Active interprofessional collaboration
You
- Have completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH or midwife FH
- Have already gained initial leadership experience
- Have several years of professional experience in the acute care sector in Switzerland
- Are open and motivated for new challenges
- Maintain a respectful, appreciative, and motivating interaction with patients, relatives, and the team
- Are a constructive and independent personality and enjoy working committedly in a dynamic environment
- Possess excellent German language skills (spoken and written)
