• Deputy head of maternity care
• Personnel management and development of subordinate employees
• Ensuring efficient organizational structures in the organizational unit (personnel deployment planning)
• Participation in quality circles and projects
• Promotion of "nursing development" in cooperation with the head of nursing and nursing expert
• Ensuring a high quality of care provided
• Execution of controlling functions in the organizational unit
• Interprofessional work in the reference system (daily responsibility)
• Care of postpartum women with their newborns, patients with high-risk pregnancies, and gynecological patients

This is how you convince us:

• Degree as certified midwife MSc (e.g., Master of Science in Midwifery FH or equivalent degree)
• Several years of professional experience in obstetrics, ideally on a postpartum ward in an acute hospital
• First leadership experience in a comparable role or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Strong social and professional competence as well as high resilience
• High customer and service orientation, combined with team spirit, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
• Willingness to actively shape processes and further develop care quality
• Confident appearance, strong communication skills, and solution-oriented thinking
