Start date: Immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks:

• Mandate support: Supporting our mandate managers in the area of building and construction insurance
• Insurance analyses: Conducting market tenders, contract analyses, and contract renewals
• Negotiation management: Negotiating with insurance companies to achieve optimal placement of customer solutions
• Framework agreements: Further development, design, and management of framework agreements
• Underwriting: Independent risk assessment and underwriting within our framework agreements including quotation, policy issuance, as well as support and monitoring of premium collection
• Claims management: Active support of claims cases in cooperation with insurers
• Technical responsibility: Taking on technical responsibility for construction insurance
• Administration: Independently handling daily correspondence and administrative tasks

Your profile:

• Education: Commercial training and FINMA certification
• Professional experience: Several years of experience at an insurance company (underwriting or sales) or at an insurance broker
• Language skills: Confident German; French and/or Italian are advantageous
• Commitment: Enjoyment of professional challenges and customer contact
• Working style: Independent, structured, and precise way of working
• Team orientation: Strong service and team spirit
