Chef de Rang

Your tasks

• Managing your own station, including cash handling and billing
• Attending to guests from reception to farewell
• Taking care of seminar guests during lunch and dinner
• Active selling of food and drinks
• Taking reservations by phone
• Entering reservations in the restaurant management system
• Working at the hotel bar with cocktail preparation and service
• Participating in larger events
• Cleaning tasks

Your profile

• Experience in gastronomy or a comparable education
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance as well as pronounced service orientation
• Teamwork and resilience, even in stressful situations
• Reliability and sense of responsibility
• Good German and English skills, additional language skills are an advantage
