Our more than 3,000 employees worldwide develop, produce, sell, and maintain high-precision measuring instruments for chemical analyses in laboratories and industrial manufacturing processes. Team Leader Technical Documentation (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of our software documentation team
• Ensuring the further development and goal orientation of your team members at the locations of Herisau, Bratislava, and Vienna
• Implementation of optimizations in the department (processes, tools, interfaces) in collaboration with the department head
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments and stakeholders to ensure requirement-compliant documentation
• Participation in the creation of technical documentation for our software (e.g., online help, release notes)
• Promotion and embodiment of an agile mindset

Your profile

• Higher vocational education in the natural sciences/technical field, training as a technical editor is an advantage
• Several years of experience in team leadership and technical documentation
• Analytical and customer-oriented thinking with the ability to present complex issues clearly, structured, and understandably
• A high degree of initiative, commitment, and enjoyment of teamwork
• Knowledge in handling editorial and content management systems (XML-based)
• Experience with agile methods and tools is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written (at least level B2)
