Your Tasks – Head of Gastroenterology in the Hospital
- Professional and organizational management of the gastroenterology department
- Further development of modern diagnostic and interventional endoscopy
- Ensuring guideline-compliant, high-quality patient care
- Leadership and development of an interdisciplinary team
- Expansion of the gastroenterological range of services
- Strategic co-design of clinical processes and care structures
- Cooperation with outpatient referrers and external partners
- Participation in on-call and standby duty
Your Profile – Specialist in Gastroenterology with Leadership Experience
- Specialist (m/f/d) in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology or General Surgery
- Several years of clinical experience in gastroenterology
- Sound knowledge in diagnostic and interventional endoscopy
- Ideally leadership experience as senior consultant or senior attending physician
- Entrepreneurial thinking and strategic competence
- High social and communication skills
