These are your tasks
- You lead and motivate the internal sales team in the energy systems area and ensure smooth daily operations
- You monitor and coordinate the quotation and order processing as well as the billing of services rendered
- You support dunning and help ensure a regulated payment flow
- You continuously monitor sales figures as well as revenue and team targets and look for optimization potentials
- You advise customers in the areas of ZEV, electromobility, monitoring, and self-consumption optimization with the goal of developing suitable energy solutions
- You contribute to the introduction of new services, products, and process workflows – from planning to implementation
This is what you bring with you
- Completed training in electrical engineering and photovoltaics, e.g., as an electrician
- Commercial training to also cover business management aspects
- Confident handling of digital tools, MS Office, and D365
- Experience in project and/or team leadership
- An open, communicative manner and enjoyment of teamwork
- Polished manners, reliability, and loyalty
