People Advisory Services (PAS) supports its clients in all facets of human resource management. PAS has five key pillars: Mobility, Reward, Systems, Talent and Performance. In this position, you will be part of the PAS Mobility Tax Team. In the Mobility area, we help our clients manage the complex compliance, reporting, and risks associated with deploying a globally mobile workforce.
Your main tasks
You will work closely with colleagues in Switzerland and abroad in global teams on international projects and consulting assignments focusing on taxes and social security.
You will prepare complex Swiss tax returns with international tax allocations for the seconded employees of our global corporate and private clients.
You will independently review tax assessments and advise clients in objection procedures and negotiations with the tax authorities.
You will work on project work in tax compliance engagements, including planning, work scheduling, coordination and communication between global tax teams, as well as other special consulting projects.
Your skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or law is required.
A must: strong interest in the international tax and social security world, a plus: initial experience in Swiss tax law or social security.
