Your area of responsibility
- Checking and processing incoming invoices
- Recording and posting invoices in the accounting system
- Monitoring open items and resolving discrepancies
- Managing the accounts receivable account and maintaining the corresponding accounting records
- Controlling and monitoring outstanding receivables as well as dunning
- Resolving payment discrepancies and coordinating with the sales team and customers
- Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Communicating with suppliers and internal departments regarding invoice issues
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies
- Participating in projects to optimize accounting processes
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in accounting
- Professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Careful and structured working style as well as affinity for numbers
- German and English spoken and written
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
