Your main tasks:

• Assisting in the organization and coordination of construction projects
• Supporting construction management in schedule, cost, and quality control
• Supporting within the construction management team
• Communication between clients, planners, and contractors
• Preparation of protocols, evaluations, and documentation
• Active thinking along, shaping, and independently developing solutions
• Willingness to continue education

You…

• have completed an apprenticeship in the main or secondary construction trade (e.g., draftsman EFZ, bricklayer EFZ, or carpenter EFZ)
• enjoy direct contact with clients, contractors, and planners and feel confident both on the construction site and in the office
• have basic knowledge of MS Office
• are IT-savvy to learn new programs
• are interested and have a strong willingness to learn, initiative, and motivation for personal development
• love working in a team
• promote team spirit, are reliable, and have a respectful manner
