The Novotel Monte Carlo is a recently established hotel in Monte Carlo, featuring 218 rooms, a restaurant, a lounge bar, 500 m² of modular meeting rooms (ProAct Label), a swimming pool, fitness room, and hammam.
Directly reporting to the Technical Manager or their assistant, as a versatile painter (Maintenance agent), you contribute to the maintenance and renovation of the site, rooms, as well as the proper functioning of the facilities. Your main responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:
· Ensure preventive, corrective, and curative maintenance in our establishment, including painting and minor masonry
· Perform simple technical maintenance in case of anomalies
· Participate in restoration work
· Monitor and track interventions as part of the hotel's preventive maintenance plan
· Report any malfunction of technical installations and any site deterioration.
· Actively participate in the service life (keeping premises tidy, managing stock supplies, handling, participating in service meetings)
· Within your mission and upon request from various departments, you will intervene with clients while respecting their privacy, clearly explaining the technical problem they encounter, and reassuring them about its resolution
· Accompany external companies during their interventions
· Participate in energy management and proper maintenance of various installations
· Actively contribute to customer comfort satisfaction
· Comply with current safety rules and deadlines for the tasks assigned to you
· Ensure compliance with hotel, brand, and Group standards and procedures
· Ensure compliance with the Accor environmental charter and sustainable development policy
· As a brand and group ambassador, you contribute to achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives of your service
· Any other tasks required by the needs of the service or hotel to satisfy our customers and facilitate their stay.
· Be responsible for respecting fire safety instructions

Profile:
· Bac Pro, BEP/CAP training in electrotechnics or industrial maintenance
· Minimum two years of experience in similar roles
· Good oral communication in English desired
· SSIAP1 diploma
· Essential organizational skills, responsiveness, autonomy, and a strong sense of service
· Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are imperative
Availability:
Weekend on-call duty
Variable and rotating hours (from 08:00 to 20:00) totaling 39 hours per week.
Telephone on-call duty
