Our stylish corporate office in Munich bundles all construction/design, administrative, and marketing functions as well as many front-office activities outsourced from the hotels. The central reservations department is responsible for processing booking requests and payment receipts for room reservations for all our hotel locations.

* support your team in daily reservation tasks and keep inquiries, no-shows, cancellations, and special cases confidently under control
* ensure quality in the booking system, check payments and invoices, and keep our booking policies up to date
* lead the shift with an overview, distribute tasks smartly, and bring clarity to a dynamic daily business
* are a valued contact person for team members, guests, corporate clients, and OTAs and handle complex inquiries and guest feedback
* accompany onboarding, provide training and feedback, thus promoting knowledge, motivation, team spirit, and development
* analyze reports and forecasts, recognize patterns, and improve our processes and systems according to our Lean Luxury principle
* ensure a professional and at the same time warm guest journey across all communication channels
* actively shape projects, conduct interviews, and support the professional development of your team members

* have completed training in hospitality or gastronomy
* have several years of experience in hotel reservations or guest service and have already led teams professionally
* convince with your professional, warm manner and find the right tone in every situation
* think analytically, work structured, and value quality and accuracy - in yourself and in the team
* recognize potential, enthusiastically support your team, and enjoy sharing knowledge
* feel at home with digital tools; MS Office and PMS systems are part of your daily routine
* are well versed in hotel expertise, policies, and processes and apply them confidently
* are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
