IWS Process Lead (m/f/d)
In this versatile position, you are responsible for continuous improvement in production by analyzing production processes and finding solutions with the experts on site. Furthermore, you lead the monitoring of production-relevant key figures for your area and contribute significantly to the further development of the corporate culture.
Your main tasks
- Responsible for creating reports, process standards, and analyses based on large data pools related to production processes and solution finding with expert teams in the production area
- Deriving from this, identifying the causes of recurring losses and developing corresponding problem-solving strategies as well as developing appropriate standards to permanently eliminate these and sustainably increase efficiencies
- Shaping the cultural change towards more autonomy and flat hierarchies in the production area
- Supporting and coaching the cell in problem-solving at machines and equipment, including taking on the role of line expert for initial problem-solving (IPS), uniform problem-solving (UPS), and standard work processes (SWP) as well as data analysis using appropriate data analysis tools and the RTT Accelerator tool
- Supporting the Cell Lead in developing quarterly plans and target specifications
Your qualifications and professional experience
- Completed technical or business basic training, ideally with further education at HF/FH level and/or an engineering degree
- Knowledge and 1-2 years of professional experience in handling analysis tools and processing and evaluating large amounts of data
- Knowledge of continuous improvement programs (KAIZEN, TPM)
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel / Power BI) and ideally SAP experience
- Precise and accurate working style, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
