Job description
Espace de vie SA is an institution that manages the medico-social establishments (EMS) of La Châtelaine in Vernier and Saint-Loup in Versoix. These respectively accommodate 91 and 84 residents. About 100 employees per institution are engaged there.
To complete the Human Resources team, we are looking for the EMS Saint-Loup site:
A HR/Payroll Manager
(80-100%)
Mission and responsibilities:
In service of the institutional project, the person is responsible for ensuring the complete administrative management of employees' and interns' personal files, autonomously establishing salaries within the framework of legal rules and the CCT, monitoring working time and absences, coordinating and following up on training, assisting the HR Manager in recruitment as well as on various HR projects.
Profile sought
Qualifications and skills:
- Federal certificate as Human Resources assistant, or equivalent training
- Minimum 5 years of experience in complete payroll processing and HR administration in Switzerland, ideally in the hospital or medico-social sector
- Knowledge of the Geneva State principles regarding remuneration and personnel regulations, an asset
- Proficiency in common software (Microsoft Office) and especially Excel, daily experience using one or more HR software, knowledge of SADIES and Polypoint software an asset,
- Comfortable with numbers, preparation of documents related to annual closings and various statistics.
- Good writing skills in French and impeccable spelling,
- Autonomous, proactive, responsible, discreet and confidential, able to meet deadlines and manage priorities
- Positive and dynamic nature, ability to communicate with diverse interlocutors in a multicultural context, developed service mindset;
- Commitment to the institutional project and the institution's values, interest in the field of elderly care.
