Receptionist 50% - 80% FRA / ENG traveling VD / GE (M/F) permanent contract
To strengthen our teams at our Vaud and Geneva branches, we are immediately looking for our future:
Your missions
- Visitor reception: Ensure a professional welcome for visitors, guide them according to their needs, and direct them to the right people or services.
- Reception and handling of telephone calls: Answer incoming calls, filter and transfer calls to the appropriate persons while taking messages if necessary.
- Management of internal employee requests: Ensure follow-up and handling of administrative requests from employees (reservations, information, etc.).
- Badge creation: Manage the creation and distribution of access badges for employees, visitors, and external service providers.
- Meeting room booking: Organize meeting room reservations according to availability and needs, and prepare rooms before each meeting (equipment, configurations, etc.).
- Mail management: Receive, distribute, and send internal and external mail efficiently and within deadlines.
Your profile
- Solid experience in reception: Experience in a corporate reception position is desired. A neat appearance, a true sense of service, and respect for professional codes are essential to succeed in this role.
- Bilingual French / English: You are fluent in both languages, spoken and written, to ensure smooth communication with our internal and external contacts.
- Availability and flexibility (50%): This 50% position requires great adaptability. You are available to cover in case of absence or illness and can travel to different sites on a roaming basis.
- Computer skills: You have excellent command of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and are comfortable with internal management software.
