CO Location Manager KiTa with the Additional Role as Vocational Trainer 80%

The Gadretsch childcare offers 24 daycare places, a school-age care facility, and a well-attended lunch service. The modern and spacious building is centrally located near the school and provides professional, valuable childcare in ideal rooms.

We are looking for a
for our daycare center immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks

  • In this versatile leadership position, you are responsible for managing the daycare center in terms of professional, personnel, and organizational aspects. 
  • You perform your tasks competently, independently, and solution-oriented.
  • You work according to pedagogical and business management principles and objectives. 
  • You value transparent communication and appreciative interaction.
  • You independently and with the team design a differentiated, age-appropriate, and needs-oriented pedagogical daily routine that gives the child security and space for their own development.
  • A professional relationship based on the approach of new authority and non-violent communication is paramount.
  • You actively participate in the evaluation and reflection of the pedagogical daily routine as part of quality development.
  • You work closely with parents and other professionals.
  • You supervise apprentices in their training. 

Your profile

  • Experience in team leadership and ideally a corresponding qualification as a team leader.
  • Training as a childcare specialist in the early childhood sector or a tertiary degree as a childhood educator HF.
  • Experience in vocational training with the corresponding vocational trainer course, or willingness to complete it. 
  • A joyful, open, and humorous basic attitude.
  • Creative, pedagogical thinking.
  • High empathy, with a natural way to inspire the team and the children.
  • Love for the profession with a positive, systemic mindset.
  • Personal maturity, integrity, sense of responsibility, resilience as well as good team and organizational skills.
