Your tasks

You accompany and empower a team of employees with disabilities and support participation and involvement in the work process
You develop individual target and action plans for people with disabilities and support their implementation including documentation in the client information system
You promote team development and support employees in their personal and professional development.
You ensure the smooth implementation of production orders as well as compliance with GMP and hygiene guidelines
You support the optimization of work processes and actively participate in projects

Your profile

Completed training and several years of professional experience in the production area of the pharmaceutical, medical technology, or life sciences industry
Solid knowledge of SAP as well as GMP and hygiene guidelines
Ideally experience in the work agogic environment
Enjoy working with people
Social, creative, and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
A motivating, patient, open, and resilient personality
Good IT skills and very good German language skills
