Your Tasks:

<ul> <li>Ensuring a smooth, safe daily routine</li> <li>You ensure that our patients receive professional and individual care and support</li> <li>As a qualified specialist, you take on a role model function in the team and support colleagues in professional matters</li> <li>You take on the tasks of a day coordinator within your professional competencies</li> <li>You independently and comprehensively maintain the electronic care documentation</li> <li>Assuming responsibility as PDL or deputy PDL</li> <li>Supporting employees in complex situations</li> </ul>

You bring:

<ul> <li>Completed vocational training as a qualified nursing specialist HF (tertiary level)</li> <li>You have already gained initial leadership experience</li> <li>Experience in nursing management is an advantage</li> <li>Good German language skills, both spoken and written</li> <li>Strong social competence</li> <li>High resilience and very good organizational skills</li> <li>Solid RAI knowledge</li> <li>You care about interacting with other people</li> <li>Committed and resilient</li> </ul>
