Reservations Agent 60% -100% (m/f/d)

About the job

• Processing individual reservations for hotels and restaurants from the offer to the pro forma invoice
• Advising guests and travel agencies by phone and email
• Maintaining and updating guest files
• Proactive sales of our hotel operations
• Working according to LQA standard and ISO 9001

• Depending on the desired workload, you will additionally support the Events & Groups department in processing group reservations and event inquiries.

• Completed apprenticeship or equivalent training in hotel management or commercial field
• Enthusiasm for customer conversations on the phone
• Solid IT user skills (e.g., Microsoft Office and PMS)
• High quality awareness and an eye for detail
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Sales talent and empathy for guest needs
• Fluent language skills in German and English, spoken and written. French and other languages are an advantage.
