The regional police is responsible for the basic police services of the canton of Thurgau.

To strengthen our teams in Weinfelden, we are looking for a

• Personnel and professional leadership of the service group according to leadership principles, service regulations, and instructions
• Organization and coordination of daily service operations
• Support of the main post chief
• Monitoring of processes, deployment plans, and resources
• Support and promotion of employees in their professional development
• Practical guidance of police officers in training
• Performance of regular shift and standby duty
• Operational management in the focus element and assignment service

• Completed police training with a federal specialist certificate
• Strong social and leadership skills
• Willingness to work in shifts
• High sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Several years of police professional experience
• Organizational strength and resilience
