The Diakonissen-Mutterhaus St. Chrischona Foundation operates the WOHNPARK St. Chrischona on the idyllic Chrischonaberg, the St. Chrischona nursing home, as well as the home of the deaconesses.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality with technical and manual skills as well as leadership qualities.

What it’s about

• You lead the infrastructure department with two employees
• You are responsible for the technical maintenance of all properties and their technical systems as well as the green area
• You are the contact person for tenants of WOHNPARK St. Chrischona
• You plan and supervise maintenance and renovation work
• You get hands-on and are active in manual work
• You manage the vehicle fleet with four vehicles
• You take on the role of safety officer (SIBE) including fire protection

What is required

• A completed technical basic training with several years of professional experience
• Manual skills and experience
• Knowledge of building automation (KNX / SPS) is an advantage
• Ideally, first leadership experience
• A pronounced customer orientation and high service awareness
• An independent, structured and service-oriented way of working
• A category B driving license including trailer
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• You affirm the content orientation of our institution
