These are your tasks

• You lead and develop the roadway team and are responsible for personnel, organization, and technical matters.
• You ensure the operation, maintenance, and condition monitoring of all roadway and ancillary facilities, including documentation and initiation of immediate measures.
• You plan, implement, and manage maintenance and execution projects and take responsibility for budget, quality, and approvals.
• You implement occupational safety, health protection, and safety devices according to R RTE 20100, monitor compliance, and conduct safety audits.
• You actively shape the digital transformation, promote innovative solutions, and work in interdisciplinary specialist teams.
• You take responsibility for winter service, slope maintenance, vegetation control, as well as cleaning of drainage and track facilities and support on-call service and projects.

These are your key competencies

• You have completed a technical vocational training (EFZ) with further education as construction foreman HF, construction technician HF, construction manager HF, or an equivalent qualification.
• You bring several years of leadership and practical experience in the field of roadway and maintenance, including safety training according to R RTE 20100 (level safety management) as well as medical fitness.
• You have very good German skills in spoken and written form and good IT user skills.
• You hold a category B driving license.
