Your Tasks
- Processing of special requests in the materials management system (SAP MM), systematic processing of general inquiries
- Checking and releasing invoices in close cooperation with the accounting departments
- Support with local/regional purchasing issues
- Organization and information dissemination regarding product changes, recalls, etc. in cooperation with strategic purchasing
- Conducting and accompanying cost discussions
- Implementation of central purchasing strategies at the respective locations
- Close coordination with local clinic management, strategic purchasing, and the respective departments and specialist areas
- Support in investment planning, if necessary participation in regional or local meetings such as management rounds
- Purchasing support for other AMEOS locations, for example through holiday or sick leave cover
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in commercial or health-specific field
- Relevant professional experience in hospital purchasing/healthcare desirable
- Commitment and assertiveness in shaping and accompanying work and change processes
- In-depth knowledge of a materials management program desirable (e.g. SAP MM or Navision)
- Professional handling of MS Office products
- Experienced interaction with a wide variety of people and situations, confident communication skills as well as strong persuasiveness
- Goal-oriented and independent work as well as good organizational skills
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
