Your tasks - your passion:

121 rooms | 2 spa areas on 1,800 m2 | many regular guests & YOU!

Representing the restaurant management during absences
Assisting in the organization, coordination, and leadership of the 14-member service team
Ensuring warm hospitality for our international guests within the framework of half-board
Inventory control and supplying the outlets with wine and other drinks in the absence of the restaurant management
Independently managing a station, including wine and beverage sales as well as cash handling
Ensuring consistent implementation of all operational standards and hygiene regulations according to HACCP
Creating and checking daily seating plans for the half-board restaurant
Writing duty rosters

Your profile – what sets you apart:

Completed professional training as a restaurant specialist or similar qualification
Professional and specialized experience in a comparable position is an advantage
An engaged and independent working style
Warmth, confident appearance, and polished manners
You recognize even the unspoken guest needs
Very good German skills, confident communication skills in English
Creativity should not be a foreign word - WE are open to new things
