Team Leader Sales Internal Service 100%
Your challenges
- Possible practical training of commercial apprentices in rotation
- Processing of external and internal customer inquiries both by phone and by email
- Recording and/or processing customer inquiries, companies, and contacts in our CRM system
- Execution of all orders from field sales
- Setting up courses with resource planning based on information
- Recording special prices of our corporate customers in the CRM system
- Checking timely registrations for company courses
- Data maintenance in our IT systems
- Customer care & support regarding our customer tool
- Creation and updating of lists (address list, cross-selling list)
- Writing meeting minutes
- Management and accounting of the cash register
Your competence DNA
- Completed commercial basic training with several years of professional experience in internal sales – preferably in a similar position
- Very good MS Office skills as well as experience in using CRM programs
- Fluent German skills – foreign languages are an advantage
- Resilient and open personality with a customer- and team-oriented demeanor
- Willingness to cover our opening hours (07:30-17:00)
