Construction Machinery Mechanic – Engine and Hydraulics Workshop Langenthal (with option for deputy function)

- You bring tired machine hearts back to life – in our state-of-the-art engine and hydraulics workshop.
- Whether transmissions, axles, engines, or hydraulic units: You overhaul, analyze, screw, and test – until everything runs smoothly again.
- You perform fault finding and damage analysis, discuss the results with your team, and deliver the solution right away.
- You make verbal cost estimates and coordinate the scope of work with our AVOR – clear, direct, and competent.
- Your workplace? Our workshop with hydraulics and engine test benches – including a monster test bench with over 1500 kW and 10,000 Nm braking force. You don’t just feel the power there, you hear it roar.
- You work in an upbeat team where everyone is there for everyone – completely without elbows.
- And if you want more responsibility: As deputy to the Head of Specialization, you organize the department, lead daily business, support your team mechanically and technically, and are the link for direct internal and external contact.
- You have completed training (EFZ) as a construction machinery, agricultural machinery, or truck mechanic – or a similar mechanical background.
- Ideally, you bring experience in the diesel engine area – hydraulic pumps, drive components, transmissions? Very welcome!
- You love tinkering with truly technically demanding mechanical assemblies.
- You work structured, solution-oriented, and reliably.
- You stay cool even when things get hectic – a rock in the workshop surf.
- You speak German fluently; a bit of English doesn’t hurt either.
