We are the personally privately run holiday hotel of the traditional middle class in the Jungfrau region. Our village parlor with Swiss specialties is awarded with Bib Gourmand and our gourmet parlor is awarded with 16 Gault Millau points and 1 Michelin star. The best wine list with Swiss wine! Your profile: Completed training in the kitchen/cook/chef de partie. You have already managed a position and supported the head chef in planning all processes in daily business. You show joy in cooking and dealing with ingredients, possess very good product knowledge and have an eye for lovely details. A high quality awareness characterizes you, as well as a cost-conscious way of working. You are responsible, a team player and eager to learn. You have an exemplary work attitude and pass this on to other colleagues. Maintain motivation in the team. Flexibility, good manners and reliability complete your profile. Your tasks: You independently lead and organize the station and are responsible for the preparation as well as the production and preparation of dishes. You support the head chef in daily orders and the associated quality. You consider hygiene and food regulations of the HACCP concept in your work.
