At the ZHAW School of Engineering, around 1,500 students annually complete continuing education at the locations in Winterthur and Zurich. The six-member continuing education administration team is looking for a clerk 70 - 80% due to retirement.

The continuing education administration team takes on all administrative tasks in the area of continuing education programs. The activities listed below represent the team's range of tasks. The specific allocation of tasks takes place within the team. The new position holder takes over a defined sub-area:
- Processing registrations and deregistrations in the CRM application as well as in the school management system Evento
- Management of electronic student files
- Preparation of documents for the start of new implementations of continuing education programs
- Recording new continuing education offers in Evento
- Project openings as well as billing of continuing education programs
- Internal payment control of debtors, control of quarterly accruals
- Account assignment and verification of creditor invoices
- Contact person for interested parties, continuing education participants, lecturers, study directors as well as the head of continuing education
- Creation of certificates and final documents
- Assistance in organizing events
- Participation in projects as well as in ZHAW-wide specialist committees
For this position, we expect a commercial education as well as several years of professional experience – ideally in an educational institution. The versatile tasks require a high degree of initiative and flexibility. As an open and communicative personality, you appreciate contact with people and maintain a friendly, courteous manner with employees and students. You bring a high level of service orientation and are a team player. In addition, you master the common MS Office applications (especially Word and Excel) and are willing to familiarize yourself with the school management system Evento and other surrounding systems. You have a workplace both at the Winterthur and Zurich locations. Fixed working days are to be planned on Monday (at least every other week), Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. On individual days and if operational processes allow, you can work from home.
