Teacher for Integrative Bridge Program (IBA) / German DaZ, Culture and Society/Learning Support
At the Vocational and Continuing Education Center Uri (bwz uri), about 700 learners are taught in basic education, vocational baccalaureate, and bridge programs. The integrative bridge program is aimed at late-arriving adolescents and young adults (recognized and provisionally admitted refugees, citizens from the EU/EFTA area and third countries) aged 16 to 25 years.

Expectations
- Great pedagogical skill and commitment to the learners
- Teaching qualification (secondary level I or II) in German
- Experience or further training in the DaZ area is an advantage
- Professional experience at secondary level I or II
- Experience in dealing with people with a migration background
- Willingness to engage in school operations and teams
- You focus on promoting the resources of the learners / a great heterogeneity / a broad expertise that you are happy to provide / enthusiasm, initiative, joy in working with young people
